3. User Accounts

3.2. Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.

3.3. Users must notify Evignet24 immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of their account.

4. Payments and Refunds

4.1. All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment processors.

4.2. Refunds may be issued under specific circumstances as outlined in our Refund Policy.

4.3. Disputes regarding payments must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. The Evignet24 website, logo, and all content, features, and functionality are owned by the National Toll Payment Authority and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. The Authority shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

6.2. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for toll services in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
